Steel Rule

Steel Rule is used to cut various application, all package box, sponge, rubber, gasket, sticker & film et cetera.

There are cutting rules, creasing rules, special rules in steel rule type

Cutting Rules are used by STEELFLEX.

This has the same edge hardness as ~HV620(HRC56).

Have different body hardness depending on the STEELFLEX.

STEELPLEX340 is ~HV340(HRC35),

STEELPLEX380 is ~HV380(HRC39),

STEELPLEX400 is ~HV400(HRC41),

STEELPLEX440 is ~HV440(HRC44).

Also, bendability is different.

STEELPLEX340 is 130º/R~0.3mm,

STEELPLEX380 is 130º/R~0.4mm,

STEELPLEX400 and STEELPLEX440 is 130º/R~0.5mm.

Bevel is CB,CFDB,SB,SFDB

Bevel finish is Shaved or Grinding.

Height will be upon request.

Creasing Rules are used by STEELFLEX CREASING.

Thickness is 2pt,3pt, The Height is 8.00~5.00mm/.315~1.968 or others on request and Bevel is SR or DR and Hardness body is ~HV400(HRC 41). 

Special Rule include perforating rules, cut crease rules, zipper rule and wave rule.
