Carbon tool steel and alloy tool steel are used as materials for cultery.

In order to make a cultery, heating → cultery molding → heating it again, slowly cool it in the ash to soften the steel and then heat the furnace again.

Remove it from the furnace and immerse it immediately in water to increase hardness of the steel.

When the cultery is heated at a low temperature, the steel has the appropriate strength and elasticity.

When the heat treatment of the cultery is completed, the knife is manufactured by performing various tasks, such as going through an abrasive (to grind and smooth the surface of the solid).

The reason why we heat the cultery many times is because depending on how we heat it, we get the metal material that fits the purpose of use.
